Safe Harbor Family Visitation Services, LLC offers court-ordered supervised visitation and custody exchange services in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Each service is designed to support child safety, maintain neutrality, and follow court-ordered guidelines.

Payment Policies:

Full payment is due at the time of booking
No-show fee = full session charge
Late arrival over 15 minutes may result in cancellation
Additional fees may apply. These fees will be discussed during intake.

Please Note: The intake session must be completed before any other services can be scheduled.

Intake/Orientation- $40 per parent

This is the first step before services begin. We’ll review your court order, go over expectations, and make sure everything is in place to move forward safely and smoothly.

Custody Exchange/Transfer- $60/hr

The monitor will coordinate and oversee the exchange, manage arrival and departure times, maintain separation between parties as needed, ensure the exchange occurs in a safe and neutral manner, and document compliance with court-ordered requirements.

Supervised Visitation- $65/hr

The monitor will remain present for the duration of the visit, observe interactions between parent(s) and child(ren), ensure compliance with court-ordered guidelines, maintain a safe and structured environment, redirect or intervene if necessary for safety or compliance, and document observations throughout the visit.

Monitored Phone Call/Virtual Visitation-

$40 for 30 mins/$70 for 1 hour

The monitor will initiate or join the call, remain present for the duration of the interaction, observe communication between parent and child, ensure conversations remain appropriate and in compliance with court-ordered guidelines, intervene if necessary, and document the interaction.

Court Reports and Documentation- $40

The monitor will review visitation records and prepare a written report that includes dates, times, attendance, observed interactions, compliance with court orders, and any noted concerns, using objective and factual language.

Court Appearance/Testimony- $100/hr

The monitor will attend scheduled court proceedings, provide factual testimony based on documented observations, respond to questions from the court or attorneys, and present information in a clear and neutral manner.
