Overview

Safe Harbor Family Visitation Services, LLC is committed to providing safe, neutral, and professional supervised visitation services. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and safety for all families we serve.


Payment Policy

All services must be paid at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

Cancellation Policy

Advanced notice is required for any cancellations. Visits cannot be changed or cancelled unless both parties agree or the court has approved the change. Unless there is an emergency, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may result in a fee.

Scheduling Policy

Visits are scheduled based on provider availability. Recurring sessions are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.


Client Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Maintain respectful communication

  • Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

Safety Policy
 

Safe Harbor Family Visitation Services, LLC prioritizes safety above all else. We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate sessions if safety concerns arise

  • Refuse service if conditions are unsafe

  • Contact emergency services if necessary


Confidentiality

Client information is handled with discretion and care. Information may only be disclosed when required by law, court order, or safety concerns.

Documentation

Visit notes may be maintained for professional records and may be shared if required by legal authority.

Recording Policy

Audio or video recording of visits is not permitted without prior written consent from Safe Harbor Family Visitation Services, LLC.
